George P. Hickey
Certified as a SCUBA diver in July of 1971 and has had
a progressive training and development program to the Instructor level
in April of 1985 for the National Association of Underwater Instructors
(NAUI). First Aid and CPR Instructor Trainer. Became an Instructor Trainer
for CMAS (CMAS AMERICAS Federation) in 2005 and appointed Vice President
of Project Management for CMAS AMERICAS. Has been involved in Underwater
Photography for 13 years and has taken courses in Marine Biology at Florida
Institute of Technology. Worked with the Wisconsin Department of Natural
Resources, Fisheries Department. Has done diving in the Great Lakes, Caribbean,
Atlantic, and Pacific. Believes in the CMAS AMERICAS motto "Quality
Education is a Commitment to Excellence"® . Has five years experience
in retail sales and three years experience in retail management. Holds
a BA in Management and is a Quality Assurance Scientist (Analytical Chemistry).
